• Master the interpretation of financial statements and reports
• Identify and begin structuring the basic business systems your business needs
• Establish a set of metrics that you will use in evaluating the performance of the business
• Explore ways to innovate your business to make it more competitive
• Enhance your skill at thinking strategically rather than tactically about your business

Track Description and Fee

• You may receive a no-obligation, complimentary coaching session before you commit to a coaching engagement
• During your coaching engagement, you will have unlimited access to your coach by phone or email whenever you need assistance
• You will retain the option to suspend the coaching sessions or cancel additional sessions at any time
